Zekai has been a member of the Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz team, or rather, a family member, for over 30 years. He knows all the details about the hotel, having witnessed two major renovations and changes to the brand. Zekai's expertise goes beyond just the hotel; he is a member of the Concierge Association Clefs D'or, the Golden Keys of Austria, and thanks to his valuable connections and extensive knowledge of Vienna, he always has great recommendations for our guests. We are fortunate to have Zekai Akbal on our team and are very grateful for his daily dedication.
