Arrival

• Check-in is possible from 15:00, but you are welcome to leave your luggage with us earlier.
• If your room is ready for occupancy earlier, you are free to check in earlier free of charge.
• Upon request, we can inform you the evening before whether early check-in is possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
• If you would like a guarantee of an earlier check-in, we recommend that you book your room for the previous night.
• On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am. Upon request, your stay can be extended by several hours for a fee.

How to find us

Arrival by car

Whether you are discovering the city, enjoying art and culture, shopping in style or meeting business friends, the Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz in the heart of Vienna offers the ideal starting point.

If you arrive by car, you have the possibility to drive directly in front of the hotel, nevertheless we recommend to drive directly to the garage Freyung, Freyung 5 / Herrengasse 23, 1010 Vienna (approx. 8 minutes by foot) if necessary. Exit tickets at the special rate of EUR 29.00 / 24 hours are available from the hotel. No advance reservation is necessary.

The entire city center of Vienna is basically a short-term parking zone with a maximum parking time of 2 hours. This is valid from Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 22:00. Exceptions are weekends and holidays, on these days parking is free and not limited in time.

Arrival by plane

The CAT (City Airport Train) takes you from Vienna Airport to the Wien Mitte (Landstraße) train station every 30 minutes in just 16 minutes. From there you can reach the Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz with the subway line U3 direction Ottakring in only 10 minutes. Exit "Stephansplatz", leave the station in the direction of the exit "Stephansplatz", immediately on the left in Jasomirgottstrasse is the hotel entrance.
With the Airport Transfer the journey takes between 25 and 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Please contact us to book an airport transfer.

Arrival by train

The subway line U1 (direction Leopoldau) will bring you directly to us after only 5 minutes ride from Vienna Central Station. Get off at "Stephansplatz", leave the station in the direction of the "Stephansplatz" exit, the hotel entrance is immediately on the left in Jasomirgottstrasse.
