• Check-in is possible from 15:00, but you are welcome to leave your luggage with us earlier.
• If your room is ready for occupancy earlier, you are free to check in earlier free of charge.
• Upon request, we can inform you the evening before whether early check-in is possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
• If you would like a guarantee of an earlier check-in, we recommend that you book your room for the previous night.
• On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am. Upon request, your stay can be extended by several hours for a fee.

Arrival by car

If you arrive by car, you have the possibility to drive directly in front of the hotel, nevertheless we recommend to drive directly to the garage Freyung, Freyung 5 / Herrengasse 23, 1010 Vienna (approx. 8 minutes by foot) if necessary. Exit tickets at the special rate of EUR 30.00 / 24 hours are available from the hotel. No advance reservation is necessary.

The entire city center of Vienna is basically a short-term parking zone with a maximum parking time of 2 hours. This is valid from Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 22:00. Exceptions are weekends and holidays, on these days parking is free and not limited in time.

Arrival by plane

From Vienna International Airport, there are several comfortable options to reach our Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz:

1) By Railjet and subway line U1: Take the Railjet, which operates every 30 minutes, from the airport to Vienna Central Station in about 15 minutes. Then, transfer to the subway line U1 towards Leopoldau and reach the "Stephansplatz" station in just 5 minutes. Exit the station towards the "Stephansplatz" exit. Turn left into Jasomirgottstraße – the hotel entrance is right there. (Cost: approx. EUR 4.40).

2) By CAT (City Airport Train) and subway line U3: The City Airport Train (CAT) runs every 30 minutes and takes only 16 minutes from Vienna Airport to Wien Mitte (Landstraße) station. From there, take the subway line U3 towards Ottakring and reach the "Stephansplatz" station in 5 minutes. Exit the station towards the "Stephansplatz" exit. Turn left into Jasomirgottstraße – the hotel entrance is right there. (Cost: approx. EUR 15.00).

3) By Vienna Airport Bus and on Foot: Take the Vienna Airport Bus VAL2 to Morzinplatz. Then, walk along Rotenturmstraße to Stephansplatz and turn right into Jasomirgottstraße. (Cost: approx. EUR 8.00).

4) By Taxi: We are happy to arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back for you. Please contact us for more information and to book your airport transfer (E-mail: welcome@hotelamstephansplatz.at).

Arrival by train

The subway line U1 (direction Leopoldau) will bring you directly to us after only 5 minutes ride from Vienna Central Station. Get off at "Stephansplatz", leave the station in the direction of the "Stephansplatz" exit, the hotel entrance is immediately on the left in Jasomirgottstrasse.
